Wheel cutting template made from 6mm plywood. pin or screw the template to 9mm thick ply and follow the contours using a guide bush fitted to the underside of the amazing palm router my daughter bought for me. Templates can be made to cut out lots of complex shapes quickly and easily as well as rounding over the edges.
