Is there anyone who can help Wild Bird Rescue Dorset with TikTock with being a content creator and rescuing them as they do such an incredible job looking after our wildlife!

There has to be someone who can help?!

📱 TikTok Help Needed For Wildlife Rescue! 🐦

Right then… confession time. We are absolutely snowed under here with the birds, rescues, feeds, medications, cleaning, calls, messages and general daily chaos… and poor TikTok has been sitting in the naughty corner totally neglected. 😅

Our Facebook reaches thousands of people every week and helps educate the public about wildlife rescue, fledglings, cat attacks, disease prevention and all the reality behind what we do here at Wild Bird Rescue Dorset.

But TikTok?
We barely touch it because there simply are not enough hours in the day.

So… is there a local TikTok wizard, social media guru, bored teenager, content creator or wildlife lover who would genuinely like to help our charity grow over there? 🖤

We have endless real rescue content:
🐣 Baby birds
🪶 Rehab journeys
🧼 Sunday Morning Scrubbers
🦉 Releases
🤣 Chaos
😭 Emotional moments
☕ Sleep deprived muttering
…and probably the occasional pigeon trying to fight me.

What we need is somebody who understands TikTok trends, editing, captions, sounds and getting videos seen.

This would hugely help wildlife education and fundraising for the rescue.

The sun is shining and what a glourious day it is! We now have some new stock in for your washing up needs or dishwasher needs!

We also have kids bamboo toothbrushes in stock and they can choose from a Fox or a Rabbit- They're lovely and colourful and there's no doubt the kids will want to brush their teeth!

We also have nail brushes in stock which are made out of bamboo, and whilst you've got them, you can pop over and get some gardeners hand soap from or any of their soaps to go with your nail brush!

Here at The Refill Den, Sweet are very popular especially the Gummy Sweets! I also sell Fizzy Sours & Non Sours.

I love the tin this customers wanted hers in, a great disguise for her sweet addiction! 🫶🤣

So why not come to The Refill Den for your sweets and chocolate treat, we have it all here! Bags and containers available for free if you dont bring your own.

I have loved seeing you all this week- my 1st 5 days of opening since my back surgery. On Tuesday 12th May we will be open until 4pm. I will be doing 10am-1pm and my mum will be in from 1pm-4pm. My mum is then going on holiday for 10 days - a well deserved rest as she has been amazing these last 5 months and continues to be such a huge support BUT I am pleased to say i have got plenty of help in so we can still serve you! 👏🫶

When you come in on Saturdays you may have met my lovely friend Katharine- she is a super star too at helping me! ☺️

Apologies, I forgot to post up a photo of what my kitchen sink looked like after i used Oxygen Bleach a couple of day ago! Here, is what it looks like now and it really is incredible stuff!

We're back open on Tuesday 5th May 10am-2pm! Have a wonderful bank holiday weekend and we look forward to seeing you all next week.

We have good news here at The Refill Den, we are back open on Wednesdays starting from next week- So we will be back open everyday starting from next week!

We will be closing at 2pm still but my mum and i are working up a plan for how we can stay open until 4pm so watch this space!

No bleach in sight, we don't have bleach in my house- its harmful for the fishies and to us! Excuse the state of my kitchen sink but just to show you what we use in our household and my mum uses this too!

This stuff is incredible, you can use it to clean the sink, the toilets, use it in your washing for brighter whites, use it to clean your heavy stained mugs or spoons after tea and coffee.

Now you're probably wondering what this is: Its called Oxygen Bleach which activates with hot water. This flies of the shelf at The Refill Den because it works and it's soooo good. Come and get yours tomorrow. we're open from 10am-2pm!
