Celebrate in Style with Elegant DL Cards!

Hello to all our wonderful crafters! Are you looking to add a touch of sophistication to your handmade card stash? We are absolutely delighted to invite you to our next workshop project at Craft Bliss, where we will be exploring the beautiful world of elegant DL card designs.

During the session, we will be using the gorgeous DL Birthday Celebrations stamp sets from Creative Expressions alongside the wonderfully versatile DL die sets from the Jamie Rodgers Mats and Layers collection. You will have the chance to stamp and colour your chosen Happy Birthday sentiments and illustrations, then select a perfectly coordinating framed layer to bring the entire design together. Rather than making just a single project, you will have the time and materials to complete at least two and perhaps even three distinct designs! It is a fantastic opportunity to perfect your colouring skills and master your stamping techniques.

We are running this workshop on Tuesday the 23rd, Thursday the 25th, and Saturday the 27th of June. For just £10, you can enjoy up to two hours of relaxed, expert tuition with all materials and tools included. You will also take home a copy of our printed photographic tutorial so you can easily recreate these elegant layouts at your leisure. Step into the Wonderful World of Steampunk!

Hello to all our lovely crafters! Are you ready to try your hand at something delightfully different? We are absolutely thrilled to announce our next workshop project at Craft Bliss, where we will be exploring the wonderfully imaginative world of Steampunk to create a fantastic birthday card. It is an incredibly popular theme and is ideal for both male and female cards, especially if the recipient has a love for weird and wonderful mechanical designs!

During the session, we will show you how to cut and fold the foundational cardstock before diving into the fun part of decorating. We will be using our curated patterned papers alongside the fantastic Steampunk Essentials die set from Jamie Rodgers Crafts—a standout part of his Mechanical Collection that brings a brilliant touch of industrial charm to life. As a wonderful bonus, we will also work through cutting and folding the structural elements for a second project, allowing you to take a completely blank card structure home to decorate at your leisure using your own stash.

Our workshops are running on Tuesday 16th, Thursday 18th, and Saturday 20th June. Our next fabulous project is here, and it is a real show-stopper! We are getting creative with Craft Addictions' amazing buttons stamp set to create a "Mouse Tale." This clever 3D presentation is a masterclass in paper engineering—it actually folds flat for posting, then pops open to give your adorable mice a grand stage for their show!

What’s happening?
During this session, our friendly team will guide you through the satisfying process of cutting and folding cardstock to create the popping base. Once the stage is set, you’ll get to stamp and colour your own cast of mice, ready for their final assembly. It’s a wonderful way to play with colour and structure!

We are absolutely delighted to invite you to our upcoming weekly workshop sessions where we’ll be making the ingenious Hexagonal Roll Up Gift Box. If you’ve ever enjoyed a certain triangular chocolate bar (we know it’s Barry’s absolute favourite!), you’ll recognise the playful inspiration behind this clever design.

This project is such a joy to put together. It features six individual triangular-shaped boxes that nestle together perfectly, all held in place by a beautiful outer wrap that rolls them into one stunning hexagonal assembly. Our friendly team will be right there to guide you through every step, from the satisfying precision of cutting your cardstock to the final, clever folds.

We think these boxes look particularly striking when made with our vibrant striped paper, as the colours and patterns align seamlessly around the structure for a professional, eye-catching finish. It’s the most charming way to present small treats or treasures to someone special!
