💜 STILL BUZZING FROM CWMBRAN BIG EVENT 💜

We are still absolutely buzzing after yesterday’s incredible Cwmbran Big Event. First of all, the biggest congratulations to the amazing Cwmbran Community Council: Cyngor Cymuned Cwmbran for putting on yet another phenomenal day. Steph outdoes herself every single year — bigger, better, smoother, and full of community. We’re always grateful to be invited back to provide all the food, craft & information stalls… but please remember, the event itself is organised by the Community Council, and they deserve every bit of praise.

Yesterday we delivered over 100 stalls, including 70 of our own gazebos — a full sea of purple and grey across the pitch for the very first time. A huge milestone for us as a business, and one we won’t forget.

But none of this happens without our absolute powerhouse of a team.
Rob, Matt, Beth, Riley, Toniann, Rich, Marcus, and Sue — you are the backbone of TGSB. And a massive thank you to Sophie for jumping in to help with breakdown at the end. From a 5.30am start to an 8pm finish, in the heat, running thousands of steps, putting up and taking down gazebos… and with me battling a chest infection, they took the brunt of the graft. I couldn’t be prouder.

We’ve had so much positive feedback from traders about how smoothly everything ran — getting everyone in, placed, and organised like a military operation. But honestly, our traders made it easy. Every single one of you turned up, showed up, and brought your A‑game. You were a dream to manage.

And now… we get to do it all again soon.

wow Cwmbran… what an absolute mega day!

Cwmbran Big Event — you showed UP today. I’m pretty sure that was the busiest one yet.
It’s a long day for all of us, and we’ll be here a while yet packing down, but honestly… what a milestone for us at TGSB Markets & Events.
70 gazebos out.
Seventy.
That’s huge for our little independent team and we’re feeling it in the best way.

A proper gushy post will come tomorrow when my feet stop screaming, but for now…

a massive thank you to:

• our team — you absolute legends, lifting, carrying, organising, smiling, and keeping everything running
• our traders — your stalls looked incredible and you brought the magic as always
• our customers — you turned out in force and supported small businesses all day long
• Cwmbran Community Council — every activity, every attraction, every bit of fun today was organised and provided by them, and I think we can all agree they absolutely smashed it huge thanks to their sponsors as well!

Thank you for having us back year after year — we love this event, we love this community, and we’re so proud to be part of it.
