Your Shield offers you peace of mind by providing a visually verified lone-worker solution. It offers man down, two-way audio conflict management and full visual health monitoring solution for your entire estate.
Your Shield operates on a cloud-based platform, offering user-friendly functions for monitoring your full existing estate without the need to upgrade, performing bespoke system reporting functions.
In the event a staff member feels ill, threatened, or at any risk, they can press the alert button or perform a specific pose which will activate the Your Shield system. This immediately sends a notification through to your chosen contacts for action to be taken. Notifications can also be pushed to mobile devices for verification of the actions required.
As soon as a notification is detected, a video popup will activate on the monitoring platform. Audio will be enabled immediately allowing the operator to see and hear exactly what is happening live in store before deciding on the next action.
Once the external operative is engaged, they have the ability to take full control of the outlet, disabling EPOS systems, reviewing all CCTV cameras, opening/locking access control doors, activating external devices, activating the microphone to be able to take control of the situation and perform a conflict management process or calling the emergency services.
Each system is programmed specifically to the store layout. Every member of staff will be fully trained and provided with a panic button and specific instructions on pose detection.
