Plymouth Discount Golf is looking for a passionate, driven Shop Manager to lead our growing store.

If you love golf, enjoy working with customers, and want to take ownership of a retail space with real potential, this could be a great fit.

What we’re looking for:
• Strong customer service and sales mindset
• Organised and reliable
• Interest in golf equipment (experience is a bonus, not essential)
• Someone who takes pride in running a shop like it’s their own

This is a hands-on role where you’ll be involved in everything from sales and stock to day-to-day operations.
