It’s funny how something unintentional becomes a sentimental piece.

This tea trolley was done I want to say 6/7 years ago (could be longer) was done for one of my lovely customers. But her dad decided actually he liked it and wanted it so it became his. Unfortunately her lovely dad recently passed away and now the trolley means a lot to the family.

So it’s come back to me for a make over. I’m currently doing the finishing touches to this item and I’m hoping the family like it.

Stay tuned for the finished look.

Wow what a busy weekend that was.

First we went to a lovely customers house to paint up this sideboard in this lovely charcoal gray we had to do this in 2 stages due to the heat and humidity. Sometimes even paint tells us to give it time.

We then picked up furniture from another customer on Saturday that is this weeks jobs.

Oh then i decided my sewing room was giving world war vibes so that got a sort out.

Then today we went back to the sideboard to give the final stage. And the usual Sunday jobs.

How was your weekend?

Why have I started creating collections? 🌿

A little while ago I asked you lovely lot which fabrics you preferred, and one thing kept coming up… you loved the idea of everything coordinating.

The more I thought about it, the more I realised I did too.

So I decided to create limited-edition collections, each with a carefully chosen fabric, a small number of handmade pieces, and all of your favourite products… plus a few new additions.

And that’s how Cottage Meadow was born.

Soft sage greens, delicate wildflowers and that fresh countryside feeling inspired this collection – perfectly captured in these reusable bowl covers.

✨ Just 1 set remains – £5.

Once it’s gone, this fabric won’t be returning, making Cottage Meadow a true one-off collection.

Handmade in small batches • Limited collection • When it’s gone, it’s gone.
