Hello lovely Lulus Followers!
Spending some time this morning to trying to save our month… someone purchased £150+ worth of clothing last month, clearly wore them and sent them back today for a refund (claiming that we’d sent the parcel to her with holes in *every item* so we have to pay postage too) 😔
We’re trying to counter the experience by sending out positivity instead 😍🥰 and we have put on a SALE for a week!!!… so please have a look if you see anything lovely in our shop today (LOTS of new things have been added this week!) 💕🌷
