⚽🌍 WORLD CUP SAUSAGE FEVER HAS HIT WEST END BUTCHERS! 🌍⚽

From today, we’ll be celebrating the tournament in true butcher’s style by creating a different flavoured sausage inspired by a team in the World Cup! 🌭🏆

We’re kicking off with Scotland’s Sausage 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 because, well… who knows how long they’ll be in the competition! 😄

Each week we’ll reveal a new country’s special sausage flavour. Can you guess which team is next?

Smiles were definitely on the menu today at The West End Butchers as the boys were joined by Flossie from NHS Grampian to celebrate National Smile Week! 😄🦷

Flossie may be the cuddliest mascot we’ve ever had in the shop… although we’re still not convinced she can handle a proper steak supper! 🐮🥩

Of course, we all know beef is packed with protein and important nutrients that help keep teeth strong and healthy — so maybe the secret to a great smile starts at your local butcher after all! 😉

So make sure your brushing teeth twice a day with a fluoride toothpaste , nae too many sweeties & sugary juice. 🙈🤗 it’s really important to still go to get your mouth checked at the dentist even if you have no teeth and wear dentures 🥰

Thanks to Flossie for bringing plenty of smiles and laughs into the shop today. Keep smiling everyone!

🥩 A New Chapter at West End 🥩

David Sandison and Graham Barron purchased West End Butchers from David Murray 30 years ago this autumn.

With over 5 decades in the trade the time has now come however for David to hang up his apron and enjoy some well deserved retirement.

We are delighted to announce that he has sold his share of the business to Martin Simpson, who has been part of the team since 1991.

Martin’s hard work, experience, and commitment over the years have made him a familiar face to so many of our customers, and we’re delighted to see him taking this next step.

Graham has been at West End for 47 years and is delighted to welcome Martin as new director in the company.

David and Graham have enjoyed a harmonious 29 years in business together and Martin is delighted that he and Graham have now managed 29 days — and counting — in this exciting new chapter.

A huge thank you to all our customers for your continued support, encouragement, and loyalty over the years. It truly means so much to us all. ❤️

Here’s to the future and many more years ahead! 🥩

No, he’s not a new starter.
No, we haven’t just hired him.
And no… he hasn’t been hiding in the cold room.

Billy has been part of the West End Butchers team since LAST SUMMER! 🌞

We’re not sure if it’s the fresh trim or his movie-star good looks, but lately customers keep asking if he’s new.

He’s not new… he’s just finally famous.

And for clarity — that’s Ryan in the photo on the right 👉 (he’s definitely not new either, just making sure nobody starts asking about him next 😆).
