🎉 What a night, Peterborough! 🎉
The Mayor's Charity Ball lit up the city on Saturday 16th May 2026, and the energy was absolutely unforgettable. From sparkling outfits to big smiles and even bigger hearts, our community showed up in style.

💛 The Mayor of Peterborough proudly supported The Sue Ryder Thorpe Hall Hospice and the Peterborough Area Down's Syndrome Group - two incredible organisations making a real difference for local families.

🎟️ And yes… the raffle did not disappoint. With amazing prizes and even more amazing generosity, which raised vital funds that will go straight back into supporting those who need it most.

🌟We were absolutely delighted to get involved by donating a Beko Washer Dryer to the raffle - and a huge congratulations goes to the lucky winner, Mr Ray Harper! 🎉

A massive well done to everyone who organised such a joyful, meaningful, and successful night. Your hard work truly made a difference.

🎄🏉 Wreaths, rugby & a whole lot of festive cheer! 🏉🎄

Back in December, Peterborough RUFC turned up the Christmas vibes with a Wreath Making Night (yes, rugby + crafting = a winning combo 🙌) and a raffle in support of their U12s and U15s teams - and it was an absolute cracker of an evening!

Think mulled wine flowing, mince pies disappearing, plenty of laughs, and some surprisingly impressive wreath-making skills on display 🌿✨ Meanwhile, raffle tickets were selling fast and raising an amazing £740, which will be split between the two teams to help fund kit, equipment, and some well-deserved fun for the boys.

We were delighted to get involved by donating a £100 Hotpoint Factory Outlet voucher to the raffle - and huge congratulations to the lucky winner… U15s Coach Josh Yeeles! Proof that buying raffle tickets really does pay off (even when you’re the coach 😉).
