As I tidy up, all sorts of things are appearing. I have a box of teddy bear joints. Could anyone make use of them?

Patchwork club also starts back on Monday 17th August in West Carse Public Hall - the rather fabulous hall opposite the shop.

We meet on the first and third Monday of the month, 7-9, usually in the small hall. If it’s your first time- just follow the noise!

It will be £50 this year and we have some fun ideas of things for you to make, or just come along with your own project.

If at all possible, if people could pay by bank transfer, we will give details on the night.

Classes restarting on Monday 17th of August.

Following demand we have decided to also reinstate the Wednesday evening class 7-9.

We will also be running. Classes on Thursday 10-12 and 2-4. These classes have limited spaces, so book quickly if you’re interested…..

This last fortnight has been a little “trying” and getting the shop sorted hasn’t always been a priority.

Don’t forget, we have our monthly Mending Café in the Lend & Mend Hub at the AK Bell Library tomorrow. Join us between 11am and 2pm and bring those summer clothes that need a little freshening up, or maybe try your hand at embroidery and cover that coffee stain that just won’t come out with some creative stitching.

Create a stunning piece of upcycled fashion in this workshop at the Lend and Mend Hub on the first floor of the AK Bell Library. 🤞 Don't forget to bring an item of clothing for repair.

The session is free and suitable for 16+. Before attending the session, all participants must complete a short Lend and Mend induction to become familiar with the space and equipment.
