Just to make you guys aware! I’ve not disappeared! I’ve just had a bit of a rough time health wise! Broken ribs in October, followed by being hospitalised during Christmas for gallbladder issues which left me in limbo, not knowing if I require further surgery or not! This left me not able to take bookings as I didn’t want to disappoint anyone! It’s affected me not being able to get out as much as I want and I’ve probably shut myself away a bit! Things come in threes. So I’ve a cataract op today, which I’m hoping will be a speedy recovery! Hopefully normal service will resume by the end of the month.

Early season Jigging trip wasnt entirely fruitless. Around 75 fish to the boat. The odd better fish in amongst lots of small Coalies and some Codling. It wasnt the easiest fishing, having to scale right down on Jig size to get bites, 35g casting jigs fished vertically getting most of the fish. Not a bad day considering its so early for the East Coast.
