I’m in hospital after being diagnosed with Guillain-Barré Syndrome, a rare neurological condition that attacks the nerves. Within a short time I lost the ability to walk, it's also affected both my arms, ability to grip and to balance.

Because my fudge business is a one-person operation I haven’t had any income since Christmas Eve and have had to cancel several events I would normally attend.
