Congratulations The Wild Food Co!
You are the winners of May 2026 SESI Refill Poster raffle! 🌟🌟🌟🌟
Malmesbury is a stunning medieval town sitting on a flat Cotswolds hilltop at the convergence of two rivers, from the West the Bristol Avon, and from the north The Ingleburn. Have you seen the qu**ky small doors in Malesbury? They are so sweet! These were built this way primarily to conserve heat in drafty stone buildings, restrict unwanted intruders and also save on expensive construction materials, plus people were much shorter at the time.
This town is home to medieval Malmesbury Abbey, a Benedictine monastery founded around the year 676. This place alone is stunning, without visiting it's bridges and natural, very verdant surroundings.
There is good work by the community in Malmesbury in the areas of: River Pollution & Water Quality, Flood Alleviation & Climate Change and Biodiversity Loss & Development. There is currently a substantial debate on whether to build a large Lime Down Solar Park. How is this going to develop? We'll be asking our friends at The Wild Food Co, who are doing great work helping the local reduce, reuse and refill. Thanks for supporting SESI's 20 years refill vision, The Wild Food Co and Malmesbury community! 🌙🌻💚
