The highs are incredible but the lows are real and heavy and most of the time you carry them quietly.

I built The Potion Lab at 30 with three young children, no business background and only the middle of the night to work in. That consveratory is now a workshop. That idea is now a business and a s**t ton of decisions 😅.

So just a reminder you are not behind. You are building something incredible whilst juggling real life too ✨️
