From garden mulch to pumpkins 🎃..... as most will know we've grown pumpkins now since around 1988 ....we've seen all sorts of weather conditions over the years but the last 5 years have been challenging 😳....
This year is no exception.... there has never been a year were pumpkins have been planted and then never seen a drop of rain 🌧 😐...... the crop is just holding its own , with some smaller varieties just making fruit.... but its the larger gear thats the problem..... there is little moisture in the soil to bulk up these bigger specimens at the moment..... we now pray for rain desperately 🙏 😫....
