Great skin doesn’t happen by chance.
It’s built over time through small, consistent actions. My advise to clients is simple:
‘Find a routine that is easy to fit around your lifestyle. There’s no need for a 10 step routine that is not sustainable. Choose your products with care and intention. Look at the ingredients and opt for natural and organic where possible.’
Factors such as stress levels, sleep quality, nutrition and hormone balance will also influence how the skin looks and functions.
‘It‘s important to find some time for yourself, to let your body and mind know it’s safe to relax and unwind. In today’s chaotic world that has normalised pushing through, we also deserve timeout.’
