Love it when a plan comes together - these beauties just out of the kiln and off to Niels for his beautiful oak stands ready in time for the Rutland Flower Show at the end of the week.
Super happy to be there again this year, if you’re in the area do come along, there’s so much going on, something for everyone!

Full steam ahead for the Rutland Flower Show in August.
All cooked, now onto the next stage for this kiln load - the big flower panel to Niels for a beautiful stand; some coasters to have their feet added; and the smaller squares have another kiln journey to become trinket dishes. The little ladybird and bee are a wait and see…….

Love a kiln opening - works in progress!
Lots of new and delicate stringer work for beach/water pictures and sunsets heading off to be added to their bespoke wooden stands, together with sheep pocket hugs in preparation for the Rutland Flower Show in August.
Lots more to come……….

With all the scary politics and news currently going on in the world (family in Minneapolis) it’s easy to forget there are still so many good and creative people in the world as a counterbalance and I’ve been looking back at some of the great craft events that happened during 2025 and planning for creating in 2026. I hope you enjoy some of these

Going to have a busy couple of weeks ahead - Christmas has arrived as far as shops and craft fairs are concerned, more will be on the way for both those who love Christmas and also those who don’t want to think about it until Christmas Eve🤣
