Sometimes we think that it's motivation that keeps us going but in reality it's consistency. When we are constantly consistent in the things we do, we develop discipline, and the things we once thought were so far out of our reach appear right in our grasp. So it doesn't have to look perfect or even pretty but keep going and before you know it you'll reach where you want to be.

Sometimes it's easy to feel like you have to have everything together- the next plan, the next goal, the next big idea etc. And after awhile you can feel like you're not doing enough when you haven't got all the the answers. But remember life is a marathon not a sprint and it's ok to slow down and realign your focus when things start to get merky. There's no rush let tomorrow focus on it's self, while you focus on today.

Sometimes it can be scary to leave your comfort zone and do something that you're not used to or that seems so daunting, but then when the task is completed you feel ten feet tall. Like all the stress and discomfort was worth it. But in order to get to that point of new found bliss you have to dare to take a risk. I know that the quote says in business but its also true in life. "Don't let the fear of striking out keep you from playing the game."
