This lockdown period is tough for us all, days are slowly seeming to merge into each other but we hope your staying strong through this. Finley Bartram has been at the forefront of the SelectSounds family, giving us advice throughout our journey and playing both parties we have under our belt. *ANNOUNCEMENT*

Current global events are affecting us all in unforeseen ways. The UK’s events and hospitality industries are suffering - as a currently part-time enterprise, we are not taking the brunt of this but the local independents we work with, look up to, and take inspiration from, are not so fortunate. We hope the thriving creative and independent scene within Notts can survive this wave of uncertainty.

Due to the unpredictability of the near future, we are sad to announce the cancellation of our upcoming, fundraising event (In Memory of Alex T; 10.04.20). Ideally, we’ll be able to reschedule our plans but, as it is for everyone else, everything is up in the air. To those of you who copped a ticket, these will be refunded right away.

Most of you will be aware and saddened by the recent passing of Alex T on the 28th January 2020. We have decided to dedicate an event to him. He was due to be the star of our Easter Event on the 10th April. Some of Alex’s close friends have agreed to support and we will be raising money for Meningitis Now.

Meningitis now helps to save lives & rebuild futures by funding research, raising awareness & providing support for those affected, they do incredible work. All proceeds from this event, including the ticket income will be going to this charity, and there will also be collection buckets at the venue.
