Hiya Dreamers.

I started a Healthy Eating Regime this week, after living solidly off the canned goods etc we saved over quarantine. I feel a lot better knowing that I am going to work hard at getting the weight down, and hopefully keep at it. I feel motivated. And that's a dang good start.

As you know, I love crystals and make jewellery to help people with their needs. I don't often make my own, but this time I felt the need. You'll see a bracelet, pretty simple with no flourishes or added pretties. And the colour scheme is pretty, but it wasn't my focus. I chose blue apatite for it's energies to help balance my metabolism and make me not want to eat to pass the time. Iolite helps release accumulated fatty deposits and again, energizes and balances the metabolism. And amethyst is good to help break addictions. And I am definitely addicted to food.

So I am pretty confident that this bracelet will help keep me motivated and hopefully the energies it holds will work alongside my healthy eating. I just wanted to share and let people know that I might be able to offer more of these if the interest is there!
