Some photos of my game against gorgeous Cities of Sigmar army earlier in the week, where I taught him Age of Sigmar. We did just 1000 points to keep things manageable and avoided the season rules completely. Nighthaunt took the win but lost some key units along the way.

Spotted this cool trench diorama at the Tottenham Court Road store in London yesterday. Great to see the old Forgeworld Trench tiles being used alongside the old hexagonal bunker kit.

Fun thing to note, the tops on the trench bunkers aren’t the originals, so I suspect the mould/masters for them has been lost or damaged as they’ve clearly had to make new ones.

Introduced Richard Churchill to Kill Team today over at Hobby House. My Minotaurs took on the Orks but failed in my final act, punching Orks isn’t quite as climatic as the animations would lead you to believe.

2nd game in the Necromunda campaign. My Chaos Helots vs Chaos Corrupted Orlocks. We even had a spawn-off in the middle, I managed to down Spike’s who went out of action after crawling away and rolling badly for recovery. A few turns later I took the win and the Bone Shrine was mine.

Not the most productive bank holiday, but I did manage to build some terrain and drill some holes into a very expensive set of Forgeworld Realm of Battle City tiles to magnatise the area for statues.

It’s a messy desk photo but here’s my WIP on my nautical themed Ironguts using anchors as weapons. The guy in the back got built vanilla as he’s just too cool as he is.

Both anchors are made from styrene sheets and covered in thinned Tamiya putty for texture.

Working on something a little different. Scratch built from styrene, currently texturing with Tamiya putty.
