ADHD is often misunderstood. While commonly associated with hyperactivity or distraction, the reality is far more complex, and everyone’s experience is different.
To raise awareness and challenge common misconceptions, a new short film from Norse Group explores what it can really be like to live with ADHD.
Through honest conversations and personal experiences, Tim Discipline, Admin Assistant; Matthew Taylor, Facilities Administrator; and Sam Kemp, Videographer, share their perspectives on living with ADHD. The film also brings together insights from Crysta Pestano, Associate Director (Architectural Services) at Norse Group; Dr Russell Ramsay, Psychologist and Co-founder of the Penn Adult ADHD Treatment and Research Program; and Beckie Clifton, Development Worker at Norfolk SEN Network.
Together, they explore the challenges and strengths that can come with ADHD, and why greater understanding matters.
At Norse Group, we believe diverse perspectives make us stronger. By sharing stories like these, we hope to encourage empathy, challenge misconceptions and help create more inclusive workplaces and communities.
