Funky Thursday is here!🤷‍♂️

brought in this Strat for a little bit of Nile Rogers style overhaul

Custom cut mirror sctratchplate and matching backplate, full cavity shielding, block the bridge clapton style(oil finished ash with matching removal tool!) Trussrod adjustment access(no need to take off the neck for this one) A bit of fretwork to get rid of most of the laquer and round off the fretends.

All topped off with d'addario XT 9-42's and full setup ready to get that funk going!

Behold the mighty Mjölnir!! A guitar fit for the gods!!

Forged in the depths of and the mighty towers of ....ok you get the drift!

Following the success of last year, we were once again tasked by bloodstock founder and renowned artist Paul Gregory to create another guitar to honour Bloodstock headliners Amon Amarth, who graciously signed the bespoke stand👍

Paul Cutting was the artistic brain child behind the design and did not disappoint!

The fully metal body was crafted by Paul, featuring aluminium centre block with steel frame outline and cladding. Design highlights in hand beaten copper and twisted copper wire really bring it to life.

The unsusually scalloped neck was constructed by us from mahogany, topped with bog oak fretboard(seemed fitting given the era it depicts)
Inlays are a combination of twisted copper set in resin with Copper and Bronze powders on the 12th fret Logo and other details. Frets are a special bronze which really compliment the materials used in the construction.

Guitar finishing oil from give the neck a smooth and silky feel👍
