Raising money for Norfolk’s Big C charity with the help of Miller Dance and their students - this ‘Strictly’ style competition will take place tonight, 1st March, at the Holiday Inn Norwich North (at the airport). And in the presence of celebrities! The contestants are all very excited, and have worked really hard to give a great performance tonight, so grab your tickets to support this wonderful charity and the support they give to so many before they sell out! 18 years younger!!!
Well - I have to say I’m well pleased! After about a month of increasing the number and intensity of my gym classes and gym workouts I decided to get back onto the sophisticated body analysis machine in my gym. My metabolic age has decreased by 6 years in less than 4 months, and my basal metabolic rate has soared. My metabolic age is now 18 years younger than my real age!! RESULT!!! I’ll take that. 🙂🙂

Heya. Random message but important one. I’m helping Teenage Cancer Trust out and they have a Christmas charity single which I have had fun recording for and that’s been sung by children across the UK. Very surprisingly they have managed to get to Number 3 in iTunes chart. If they keep in the Top 5 of iTunes they get a national radio play.

Can you do me a favor and download it. It’s only 79p and every penny goes to the charity. If you go on iTunes (not to be confused with apple music) and either click on the chart tab at the top you’ll see it there. Wow!!!! What an amazing show!!! Carlos Acosta’s dance company Acosta Danza performing The Nutcracker. It’s not easy to take such a well known, classic ballet and re-imagine it to change so much whilst keeping the original story and original music by Tchaikovsky (cleverly re-arranged to incorporate Cuban rhythms and styles) and moved to Havana, Cuba. The dancing was magnificent and imaginative. I feel privileged to have been there to see it.

I don't believe it! I expected to pass (just) - but not like this. I achieved 92% which is 'Honours' level (the highest level) in my IDTA Silver Latin dance exams. So now I can compete at Blackpool next year in the Nationwide finals (if I qualify)

We’re thrilled to invite you to our 9th bi-annual ‘More than Just Fashion’ Show, where fashion meets a fundraising. In honour of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, 25 amazing models, each at different stages of their breast cancer journey, will light up the runway proving with confidence and style that they are unstoppable.

Our models will be styled head to toe in fabulous looks from independents such as Becky Greenfield showcasing ‘Elora’ and ‘We are Two’ and big-name brands the likes of ‘M&S’, ‘John Lewis’ and ‘Scarlet’ to name just a few!

The show is produced by the wonderful Production Bureau, choreographed by Stephen Knights and will be presented this year again by Chris Page and Sascha Williams from ITV. Chris Bailey is our charismatic voice from above and all our models will be fully glammed by hair & makeup students from City College Norwich.

It’s 4 years today since we said goodbye to you mum. Dad wrote in his diary “Angela has left the building”. You gave me my values and taught me how to treat others, putting them first and thinking of others before myself. You also taught me to be resilient and independent. I still hold all those values true, all these years later. I can still hear the warmth in your kind voice, and see the love in your eyes for all of us. The kindest person I have known. You are always in my thoughts and are in heart forever. Love you mum. ###
