First workout done in 2 weeks! I’m back from Majorca after a well deserved rest.

I didn’t workout as normal whilst away, which I’m okay with. I listened to my mind & body and rest is what I needed.

It’s okay to rest and make sure you listen to your mind & body as to not burn out.

Not guna lie… this mornings workout was not pretty as you can see lol 😅. So glad to be getting back into my workout routine though… now for a day’s work in the pouring rain ☔️ Autumn is here!
