Can crystals support healing, or does their power come from our intention?
Back in May, I had the opportunity to interview Allyn Evans, CEO of the , while taking part in their Energy Medicine programme here in the UK.
Because my own world revolves around minerals and crystals, I wanted to ask Allyn where they might fit into healing and personal growth without simply assuming that the power lies within the crystal itself.
Her answer brought the conversation back to something much more fundamental: intention, energy, and the role we play in directing it.
I found her answer genuinely thought-provoking, particularly because it shifts the emphasis away from “this crystal does X” and onto the person using it.
I’d be interested to hear how other people see this, especially those who come at crystals from very different perspectives.
