SUPERMARKET SCAMS😭🚨 MARKS & SPENCER JUST PROVED HOW BROKEN THE UK FOOD SYSTEM IS 🚨

I walked into a service station today and spotted something that sums up the entire problem.

🍍 150g of fresh pineapple = £2

🥪 Basic sandwich from M&S = £4.50

🥤 Meal deal = £6.50

Then I looked outside…

🍔 Two double cheeseburgers from McDonald’s cost LESS than a healthy sandwich.

Think about that for a second.
The healthier choice costs more.
The ultra-processed option costs less.
And people wonder why obesity, diabetes, and poor health keep climbing.
The system isn’t designed around your goals.
It’s designed around convenience and profit.
Little by little.
Purchase by purchase.
People are being pushed into making decisions based on their wallet instead of their health.

Then when those decisions catch up with them…
More medication.
More doctor’s appointments.
More health problems.
More dependence on the system.

The irony?

Most people aren’t lacking motivation.
They’re navigating an environment that constantly makes unhealthy choices the easiest and cheapest option.

This is why I always say:
If you want to get in shape, stop relying on convenience.
Start creating your own convenience.

Meal prep.
Cook at home.
Take your food with you.
Because the moment you become less of a consumer and more intentional with your decisions, everything changes.

Your health improves.
Your energy improves.
Your bank balance usually improves too.

Maybe I’m wrong…

Try this simple high-performance meal:

The Steak, Eggs & Potatoes Bowl

Ingredients:
200g steak
2 eggs
300g potatoes
Salt, pepper, and seasoning of choice

How to make it:

1. Air fry or roast 300g potatoes until golden.
2. Season and cook 200g steak to your preferred doneness.
3. Fry or poach 2 eggs.
4. Slice the steak and plate alongside the potatoes.
5. Top with the eggs and season to taste.

Macros (Approx):
Calories: 850 kcal
Protein: 65g
Carbs: 55g
Fat: 38g
Fibre: 5g

Try this simple high-protein meal:

The Steak & Feta Bowl

Ingredients:
200g sirloin steak
1 large sweet potato
60g feta cheese
1/2 avocado
1 yolky egg
Hot sauce
Salt, pepper, seasoning of choice

How to make it:

1. Add Air Fried sweet potato
2. Sprinkle over 60g feta cheese.
3. Add 200g sliced sirloin steak on top.
4. Add half a creamy avocado.
5. Finish with one yolky egg.
6. Add a little sauce (Low carb)

Macros:
Calories: 885 kcal
Protein: 63g
Carbs: 54g
Fat: 53g
Fibre: 14g

This is the kind of meal that keeps you full, fuels training, supports muscle, and makes dieting feel less miserable.

ASDA are literally trying to sell you the same pineapple at two different prices.

The only difference?
One is cut differently and placed somewhere else in the store.

These are the little manipulation tricks they use in the UK.
As if food prices aren’t already high enough.

The ironic part is that I got punished for trying to make a healthy decision.

I was travelling on a motorway and instead of grabbing a burger, crisps or chocolate like most people do, I decided to buy some pineapple.
That’s when I noticed what was happening.

The healthier option was being marked up simply because it was marketed as more convenient.
This is the kind of stuff people don’t even question anymore.

Little by little.
Purchase by purchase.
You’re constantly being conditioned to spend more.

What’s funny is that when I’m in Thailand 🇹🇭 I almost never see this.
Not only is the food affordable, businesses generally just charge you the price.

No psychological games.
No convenience tax.
No trying to squeeze every last penny out of people who are already struggling.

Maybe I’m wrong…

But does anyone else think this kind of pricing is getting completely out of hand? 🤔

Just goes to show how the internet really works…

Which raises a serious question…

If a creator uses smaller creators, actors, gym members and local influencers to help create viral content…

Do they owe those people anything afterwards?
They said I would get the videos and a tag for my exposure.

So my face and body fits your script but I can’t use it for myself?

Do men need to take accountability for this behaviour?
Or is it simply:

“Thanks for your time. Good luck.”

The fitness industry seems completely divided on this.

Some people say:
“Business is business.”

Others say:
“If someone helped build the content, they deserve credit.”

What’s shocked me most is how many people have privately messaged me saying:

“This happened to me too.”

Am I overreacting?

Or is this becoming a bigger conversation than one creator?

Anatoly’s REAL management has now reached out to me 😂

What started as one fitness video has now turned into a much bigger conversation.
The strange part?

I never set out to expose anyone.
I simply shared my experience after being invited to film content inside the fitness industry.

Like most creators, I assumed that if people give you their word, they’ll honour it.
Apparently not.

ANATOLY EXPOSED? 👀

I got caught up in the Dubai chaos…
and somehow ended up inside one of the biggest fitness influencer videos on the internet.

At first I thought it was just funny content.
But after watching millions of people believe every second of it, I realised how manufactured social media really is.

The fitness industry doesn’t just build physiques anymore…
it builds viral moments, characters and storylines.

No hate towards Anatoly at all.
He understands the internet better than most people.

But this experience genuinely opened my eyes to how easily audiences can be influenced online.

Not everything is fake…
but not everything is as authentic as it looks either.
