Cheeky bo**ie unearthing rare boogie joints…

The crew behind the freshly minted Secret Vault imprint are keeping their cards close to their chests “the accompanying press release loosely explaining their desire to prioritise dancefloor “heat” over spoon-feeding information to buyers.

We noted that A1 is an edit of Mary Stevens ‘Find Your Love’, a rare 1983 disco bogie 7” with copies going for over £130 on Discogs.

The Banger is back… Timmy Regisford, Ron Trent and Vick Lavender - No messin’ NYC / Shelter house music. This 12” has 3 tracks from the double pack that came out in 2024 - but the full versions, Ron Trent’s full 10.42 cut (was just 7mins on the double), Regisford’s extended vocal version (instrumental on the dble) and Vick Lavender’s longer version of his cut. Expensive again though!

As we continue to shine a light on some of the great selectors that Vinyl Underground know, and have been serving for many years, we bring 4Colours to the decks for a longer form session inspired by his visits to the store. This mix is a burner and rewards the listener who commits, and with tracks from the likes of Mr G, Khotin, Moonstarr, Tom Ellis, DJ QU, Central, Amir Alexander, Move D, Ron Trent and Zopelar, there is a lot to enjoy.

It’s on! RSD 2026 this Saturday at Vinyl Underground alongside muchos goings on at The Black Prince pub up the road.

We are stocking 328 titles from the exclusive RSD list of which you can find 72 VU curated titles on our website which will go live at 20:00GMT Monday 20th April for sale with any leftover stock. Limited to one per customer.

On the day we estimate queues to start around 0500. We will have rolls and coffee/tea available from 0630/700. Shop opens at 0800.

After the initial rush it’s going to be a great day for hanging out and digging. 🙂

Alex Kassian is in unstoppable form at the moment, here his long awaited revision of Spooky's 1993 ambient gem 'Orange Coloured Liquid' gets his midas touch on Test Pressing Recordings. Elevating the already special track to new heights with warm breaks and instrumentation.
Placid Angels (John Beltran) also features further adding the emotive elements over similar breaks, stunning! You can also find the original and another beatless Kassian version, wherever the needle falls you're in for a special moment.
