Thanks to everyone who expressed their concern today . It wasn’t an immediate staff problem but a very close relative of one of them resulting in having to leave very quickly. The genuine warmth and concern from all of you never ceases to amaze me. I thank you all for your understanding.

Due to unforeseen circumstances pansies will not be arriving until tomorrow . My apologies if this has caused a problem to those customers waiting on their arrival today.

Yet again due to the excessive heat forecast we will be changing our opening hours. For Wednesday and Thursday we will open at 8.30 am. We will be closing anytime after 1.30pm dependant on the temperature and the staff.

Due to the temperatures under glass we are reducing some stock . Pansies have been reduced to £1-25 per pack or 5 packs for £5. This is for this week only to clear the surplus.

Please be aware we will almost certainly be closing early again today due to the extreme temperatures that we will have to endure inside the garden centres greenhouse.
