UK Birding Pins New Releases

I have two new designs for the UK Birding series and one for the quarterly Bird Pin Badge Facebook group.

The first design is a Long-tailed Shrike, based on the long staying Oxford/Gloucs bird, still present as I write this, meaning I was able to get the design done, manufactured and shipped to me before it departed, just wish it was always that easy! Please note that there is a limited initial release of just 50 of the shrike pins to non-club members, the rest will be available within the next week.

The second pin is a much commoner species, but equally as stunning, a Bearded Tit.

For the quarterly group, the design is based on the Lesser Spotted Woodpecker, I designed for the Woodpecker Network, last year, but as a limited edition numbered version.

For all pin members that still buy through the website, rather than direct, please click here to take you to the new pin designs at the club prices, to save you money on the actual pin cost. As previously mentioned on my UK Birding page, I’ve had to take the decision to start charging postage on all orders. This used to be one of the benefits of being a Pin Club member.

Anyone buying through the link above that isn't a club member, will have their order cancelled. If you'd like to still buy them direct from me through Facebook, that is also fine, whatever works best for you.

Prices:

Pin Badge Club Member: STILL £6 each with £1.95 postage (for multiple pins together)

Non-club members: £7 each plus £1.95 postage (for multiple pins together) - IF BOUGHT DIRECT FROM ME, via Facebook or by replying to this email.

Or through Website: £7.95 plus £1.95 postage

Also, just a quick reminder for those of you that still need to renew your membership to the UK Birding Pin Club. A big thank you to those of you that have already renewed neither at Birdgair or via the website.

Thanks as always for your continued support and feedback.

UK Birding Pin Club Changes

Thanks to those that have already renewed the membership to UK Birding Pins Club, either at Birdfair last weekend or through my website.

Member numbers continue to grow which is incredibly humbling to know that you want to carry on collecting my pins.

Unfortunately I am having to make one small change to the club.

The annual pin club renewal will remain at £20 per year which will give you the member book and updates once a year, as well as the exclusive discount code for the website.

The price of the limited edition individual pins will stay the same, at £6 for pin members and £7 for non-club members (direct), saving at least £40 per year. I’ve managed to keep to the same price for these, since I started.

But due to regular postal increases, I’m u’going to have to start charging postage on my monthly pin releases. This will be £1.95 per order, whether you have 1,2 or 3 pins from me per month. This is something that I’ve been trying to put off for the last 6 months but costs are forcing me to have to make this change.

I completely understand if you no longer want to join or even if you have already joined and would like to cancel. I’ll happily refund your payment and let you keep the new club updates you have either already received at Birdfair or that are in the post on their way to you.

I hope you can all understand this has been an incredibly hard decision for me to make as it has always been an extra perk of being a member.

Any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact me, either by commenting below or private message.

If you’re happy with this small change, please just leave a comment to save me having to message to check with you.
