You will be aware England is to go into a lockdown from Thursday 05 November 2020 until Friday 04 December 2020, unfortunately, Cash Planet Leeds and Normanton stores will be closed between this time due to being classed as non-essential stores.
If you are currently using the Buyback/Layby service please contact us directly either by phone/email/facebook.
Please make sure your contact details are up to date with stores and speak directly before we are close.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ALL OUR COSTUMES

Coronavirus lockdown - Wednesday 03 Jun 2020

The latest announcement from the UK government on Monday 25th May set out plans for non-essential retail stores to open from Monday 15th June 2020.
In line with this new guidance, we are now planning a phased opening for our stores from this date in order to ensure the continued safety of our customers and staff.
Opening dates still subject to our stores being ‘COVID-secure’ – and you have our assurances that we’re working around the clock to ensure they are – as well as the containment of the spread of the virus across the UK.
We want to return to our local communities as quickly and safely as possible, and once again offer the products and services our customers need. But we also want customers to know they can shop and buy with confidence, and we will have all necessary protections and social distancing measures in place.
If you have an agreement with us using either our layby or buyback services, you have our continued assurance that the items relating to these agreements are being held securely and will be available when we re-open. You will not incur any additional fees if your redemption date is within the period when stores were closed and will have 10 calendar days to redeem or extend your buyback items.
If you are unable to visit one of our stores within this period, please email [email protected] and your local store will then come back to you directly. Alternatively, you can telephone your local store to agree alternative arrangements. All requests will be reviewed on an individual basis, with our customers’ safety as a priority.
We thank you for your continued patience and understanding.
We look forward to welcoming our customers safely back into our stores from Monday 15th June.
In the meantime, please stay safe and continue to look after one another, as we all work towards limiting the spread of the virus.
