POSITION: Trade Counter Assistant / Window Processor
📍 Location: Torquay
💰 Salary: Based on experience
🕒 Hours: Full-time
Plastic Mike is a well-established, large supplier of plastic and glazing products, serving both trade and retail customers. We’re looking for a motivated and friendly person to join our busy team in Torquay.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
You’ll be the first point of contact for customers at our trade counter and over the phone, providing product advice, processing quotes and sales, and picking orders from the warehouse, offering excellent customer service. You’ll also assist with window processing quotes and orders and carry out general warehouse duties to help keep operations running smoothly. Some heavy lifting
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Experience and product knowledge of uPVC windows and plastics
✅ Experience in a trade counter or customer service role (preferred)
✅ Confident communicating with customers in person and by phone
✅ Friendly, professional, and reliable
✅ Able to work well as part of a small team
✅ Good attention to detail and willingness to learn
✅ Driving licence required
