It’s a very busy time of year for our parcel service, and we kindly ask customers to collect their parcels promptly once you receive your notification.

Please remember:

⏳ Parcels can only be held in-store for a limited time.
📬 After this period, they are automatically recalled by the sender — this is part of their system and not something we can override.
🚚 Once recalled, parcels are sent back, and unfortunately we cannot keep or hold them any longer.
