Nice to end the week on a matching headstock! Seen a few Strats recently and this one really ticks all the boxes for me. Fender USA with a push/push on the neck tone to engage the neck pickup (aka David Gilmore mod), gives a middle tele sound when bridge and neck are both on, very versatile 👍🏻

Another successful custom build made from parts by Guitar Anatomy in a lovely Sonic Blue Nitro Satin, the quality of woods and hardware is really good, definitely recommend them if you’re looking to undertake a DIY build 👍🏻

Made in Japan Vola… new one for me… nice build quality and despite the funky shape it’s very comfortable to play… getting the usual post factory setup 👍🏻

Look what popped up in the workshop… I hope Suhr don’t have to stop making their ‘S Style’ guitar.. because these are so well made, vintage vibe with a modern twist, plays flawlessly 🤩

Chapman ML-1 from 2014 getting some electrical work and a setup. Really nice example of an early Chapman guitar made in Korea, build quality is very good, feels/plays great. Classic HSS 🤩

A customer requested that I complete an acoustic guitar kit (they had made the sound box), they wanted me to shape and fit neck, install trussrod, fingerboard, install the binding, fret it, setup and oil finish etc. it’s an original Martin guitar kit, so high quality woods and parts. It plays lovely, so happy how this turned out ! 😀

Nothing nicer than applying that first coat of oil and watching the flame pop 🔥 🤩 Currently assembling a guitar kit by Guitar Anatomy, local company who I’m looking to do some work with soon. I’ll keep you posted

Notice anything different? A Rapier 33 being turned into a micro tonal machine! Customer requested 10 extra frets added between the first 10 semitones to give an extra micro tone, opens up a whole range of new intervals to explore 🤩
