We have been looking forward to this install with the large building being so bespoke.

22’x10’ & 10’x8’ pent.

The doors were handmade in house by us. With the windows brought in. What was perfect about this was the doors were made to match the windows so it leaves a straight line along the bottom giving it a seamless line.

The double doors had the mortice lock and key done, again, we do this all in house. So we make sure the quality is always second to none.

The single door has hinges with a throwlock.

Shiplap is our deluxe shiplap.
Building size overall 22’ x10’ with a 7’ x10’ area from the single door side.
Metal Box profile sheets installed on this flat roof which is always the recommended for large sized pent buildings.
Paint in light Brown.

We then have an additional shed in the same garden 10’x8’ pent shed.

Single door
4’x2’ window
Deluxe shiplap
Base coat treatment done.

Now if you’ve read this far the large building we are calling a sun house. Why? Doors have been made in house like our sunhouse doors. We have done the frame thicker to account for the mortice lock.
Or do you think we should call this a summerhouse? Thoughts?

14’x10’ pvc sliding door front in anthracite grey with deluxe shiplap on walls.

This was installed on a ready done concrete base and had an insulated floor with the thicker t&g.

Pvc was anthracite grey on the outside and white inside making sure plenty of light reflects inside. Side window with too opener too.

This building was paperlined as well. Ready for the inside to be insulated and boarded by the customer.

Customers can opt for us to line and insulate the floor or carry out the walls and roof. Ask for a breakdown in prices when you are looking for a building like this.

The newly opened The Crown B&B Cwmtwrch opened on Friday. Here’s their rear garden set up with 8 picnic tables.

We are wishing them the very best of success. And hopefully get some time to pop over and support them in their new venture.

Here we have a lovely corner summerhouse that was recently delivered and installed by the team.

Carol posted these photos on our Google Business Page this morning. Showing how she has set up the inside.

It looks fab!

A 7’x7’ corner summerhouse with a choice of 3 coloured shingles for the roof is £2,615.

This includes delivery to an easy accessible solid level base and installation!

All you have to worry about is making sure our boys stay hydrated during the installation (if you are there) and then concentrate on the decorative side when we have left!

Doors!

It’s access into your buildings. Rather important if you ask me! Jow would you get in otherwise?!

So when you look at our prices for standard sheds, cottage or chalet styles. The door comes as a standard 2’6” wide door.

For another door such as double door or stable door, these are an additional £60. If you want to add more doors to the building because you’ve ordered a biggun! Then it was be £60 per additional door.

They come with 10” T Hinges (like you see on the single and double) also a brenton padbolt.

These are the type where you can pop a lock on to keep kids out. Especially if you have w**d killer etc in there.

We do have black T Hinges available and also we can pop the ornate hinges on at an additional cost (see the stable door) you need to let us know when you place the order.

There is other doors but don’t want to bore you too much on a sunday afternoon. You may be chillin from an afternoon out or just preparing for the next day.

PVC! What colour would you have?

This building was install this week very local to us. Just down the road in fact!

Not very often we get to change it up with colour. The choice is yours so you can choose the colour and if you want different in the inside colour to the outside.

White is typically the cheapest colour but seeing chartwell green, anthracite grey, black and now the oak colour. What would you go for?

Well it’s a potting shed and shed combined!

Division to seperate the two areas. Stable door for air circulation.

This is our second style of potting shed combined we’ve done.

These are stood in our workshop while made to make sure delivery and install day runs smoothly.

10’ x 8’ curved roof with 3’ veranda is £2700

Includes decking on the floor of the veranda, 4mm Perspex, decorative bannisters (😍)

Delivered and put up within a 30 mile radius of the show room, based upon easy access to a solid level base.

This building is situated in West Cross, Swansea in a beautiful property where a standard summerhouse wouldn’t suit.

The customers popped up to the showroom as it was being built and came to discuss the veranda style. We knew it wasn’t going to be a normal style.

One suggestion was the angled bannisters, which are just giving this the wow factor.
