It is with great sadness that unfortunately due to medical reasons we have had to cancel the seasonal market on Sunday 7th July, I have had emergency surgery & won’t be fit enough to to run the market for July, my sincerest apologies, will be sending out emails to all traders over the next week, thank you for your understanding.

Wow Wow Wow!!!…. Thank you to all the local small business owners that applied for the Spring Seasonal Market, we have been inundated with applications and it took us a while to go through them, unfortunately we can’t accommodate everyone; as much as we would love to!!

We are fully booked for inside stalls and applications are now closed, our applications for outside space remain open, there are only two outside pitch spaces left.

We hope you have all had a wonderful Christmas, & spent lots of time with family, friends & loved ones.

As we head in to 2024 we are excited to say that Mortimer Village Market will be make a return… with a slight difference…. our goal has always been to provide a community market for the local community, learn from our previous markets and give everyone the best & most enjoyable market…

…so with that said the Market will return as a seasonal market rather than a monthly market, we think this gives everyone something to look forward to… our dates for 2024 are:

Sunday 3rd March 10:00-13:00 Spring Special

Sunday 7th July 10:00-13:00 Summer Fayre

TBC - Provisionally Sunday 27th October 10:00-13:00 Halloween Special

TBC - Provisionally Saturday 23rd or 30th November 15:00- 19:00 Christmas Market - the market will be a real Christmas affair with Santa’s grotto, lots of amazing food & drinks stalls, Christmas Carols and lots of our amazing small local business stalls.

Well 2023 you have been amazing and that is all thanks to our amazing Stall holders that have joined us this year and all our wonderful Customers and Visitor’s because without you all this little community market would not have survived.

Our final Christmas market on Sunday was busy, joyful and full of festive spirit, a special thank you to Sam from Samantha Dawn's Designs your help on Sunday was above and beyond.
