Georgia has been coming to get her pointes fitted here for over 3 years now and it feels an utter privilege to have watched her grow, not only in foot strength (she’s a pointe shoe killer!) but in confidence and happiness with her dancing - credit to her fabulous nurturing dance school CAST. - that’s what it’s all about 👏🏼💚🫶🏼

Finding time to shop for my own dancer too …

This weekend my daughter has a comp with Supreme Performing Arts and is performing in Ballet by the Bay Gala with so it’s quite a long shopping list!

☑️ hair stuff - pins, grips, bun nets, gel
☑️ tights - a pair and a spare
☑️ rosin spray & butt glue - absolute essentials
☑️ fresh flats - non negotiable for a big performance

Only question is, who puts our stuff through the till? 🤔🤷🏼‍♀️🤣

Earlier in the week, we asked our followers which dance school they come from, to visit our shop - it’s amazing to see on a map, just how far some of you travel, especially our Middlesbrough, Carlisle and Dunbar customers!📍

As promised, I’ll count up the dance school that was tagged the most, and draw a name out of a hat from the furthest dance school that was tagged. I’ll send each one a £20 e-voucher which they can use in store or online (I’ll pop an announcement on here too, so no-one misses a message or their voucher). 🛍️
