We’ll be closed for a few days from the 19th but we’re now accepting bookings from 12pm on Friday 24th May which is when we will be reopening our doors to welcome guest new & old, we really can’t wait to meet you all! 😁

We’ll keep you regularly updated with further developments and give you sneak peaks of our new Menu over the coming days on this page and the Dusty Miller page once we take it over.

It’s not long now until we take the reins at The Dusty Miller and we can’t wait!

Things to expect:
• The pub finishes trading as a Stonegate Managed Pub at the end of play Saturday 18th, there will then be a short period where we’ll remain closed as we prepare for our opening at 12pm Friday 24th May - Save the Date! 📆

• Our big focus is great quality food & drink, with fantastic service all for great value. To help with setting the right ambiance in the restaurant TVs are being removed out of there, however there will be a few remaining in the bar side ahead of the Euros 😃.

• There will be a brand new Food Menu offering a wide variety of pub classics, summer specials, beautifully cooked steaks, burgers and much much more.

• Vegans, Vegtarians & Gluten Free options are all available on the menu.

• Our Midweek Lunches & Rustic Sandwiches menu will run Monday to Friday 12pm till 5pm at just 2 For £15.95 offering great value to the local community.

• The Bar, Snug & Beer Patio will all be Dog Friendly 🐶.

• We are also Family Friendly with Children allowed on the premises until 9pm unless dining (don’t worry if your sat for a meal and it’s 8:59 there’s no need for families to start sweating! 🤣) (by the way these are premises licence rules set by the Kirklees Council not us, but we do have to stick by them).

• And the big one… Carvery is coming back to the Dusty Miller and we’re taking bookings right now!

It’s been all go at Maltgate HQ this week as we get ready to take over at The Dusty Miller, and the work won’t stop this bank holiday weekend!

This week we’ve been busy kicking off our recruitment drive to add to our already brilliant team that we are inheriting.

Orders have gone in for brand new equipment in the kitchen which will really help the team deliver our fantastic new menu.

Speaking of menus, our order has gone into our design & print company for our brand new food & drinks menus, which we can’t wait to share with you.

P.S. It’s just 16 days until we take over, spread the word with friends & family and stay tuned for more updated being released on our page in the coming days!
