GRRRRRRRRR. folks it's just come to light that the call divert from the shop to my mobile phone hasn't been working.

Firstly I extend my apologies to anyone who's been trying to get through.

I have called the company responsible for setting up the divert. They couldn't offer me an explanation I'm afraid but have assured me that it will be up and working again tomorrow morning.

Good morning folks. Hope you're all well.

Today I am the bearer of some bad and some good news.

Firstly it saddens me to have to tell you that Phoenix Va**ng Solutions as a business has become a casualty of covid-19 and has ceased trading.

However the business has been supported by an investor and I will be managing it but it will now be trading as

There is no phone line at present and we could be looking at June at the earliest before we get one up and running and we hope to be able to keep the same number which is currently being diverted to mobiles.

We are still operating a free delivery service during lockdown so feel free to call 01706 550660 between 10am and 12 noon to place your order and receive it the same day.

If you would like to continue receiving the same top quality products and uncontested customer service we hope to see you soon at the new premises.

Ok folks. So we're in total lockdown. This means that the shop will be closed to the public. However If you are short of supplies and ring this number 01706 550660 between 10am and 12pm only, and place an order, I will deliver to your home address same day.

You will need to help me a little by knowing what you want ie as in flavour, coils etc as I won't have time to go through with every customer of everything that is on the shelves.

Also my stock suppliers are also closed so unfortunately this means that if I've sold out of a particular flavour or hardware product I won't be able to replace it until everywhere re-opens

Card payment over the phone now available.

Hi folks. As my regular customers will know I take a day off on Tuesdays. However as Christmas eve this year falls on a Tuesday, for your convenience I will be opening 10am til 2pm.

I will be closed Christmas day, and Boxing Day.

Open as usual through to New Years eve where again I'll open 10am til 2pm. Closed New Years day then it's back to business as usual.

I wish you all a very merry Christmas and a healthy and wealthy new year.

I'd also like to take this opportunity to thank you all for your support over the last 12 months I can't express enough, just how much you're support means to a small local business.

I have some really nice new stock in which will make ideal Christmas gifts for the smokers in your life that wish to quit. Why not pop in as you're passing and take a peek. I don't charge for looking and offering expert advice so what do you have to lose?

Just to let everyone know that due to attending the funeral of a loved one on Monday 30th Sept the shop will be closed all day.

Hi folks, just to let you know that it will be necessary to close the store early, next Friday 9 Aug 2019.

We will be open as usual on Saturday 10th 10 til 5.
