Juicy Homemade Burgers 🍔

1. Fry onions cut into half rings
2. Sauce: yoghurt, hellmanns mayonnaise, Sriracha seasoning, finely chopped pickle and shallots.
3. Fry the beef patties on a cast iron crescent on both sides and add a couple of slices of cheddar cheese, wait until slightly melted
4. Very quickly toast the buns
Starting from the bottom:
Bun
Sauce
Sliced lettuce leaves
Fritter with cheese
Fried onions
Arugula
Sauce
Bun
