Good morning! Only a few more days until the first of our Tales from the Bookshop traditional storytelling events, beginning with tales for the summer solstice!

Good morning! It’s Tuesday and the perfect day to visit your !
We have sold the magical wearevoxblock range in Melrose for some time, screen-free and WiFi-free audiobook players for young and old. We’ve stocked up again here and for the first time The Wedale Bookshop in Stow. From children’s favourites, including Roald Dahl and Julia Donaldson, to adult classics, such as Sir Walter Scott and Jane Austin, this is a great way to enjoy books. ♥️

Good morning! It’s the last day of the Borders Book Festival today and the first day of Melrose Festival and we are open! We think we are looking rather resplendent in our town colours, don’t you agree! It’s been a busy few days in town and we are grateful to all the customers, visiting authors and book lovers who have visited us. Your support for our tiny is hugely appreciated. Remember, we have free National Book Tokens for every purchase including a book!
