I'm at the shop early today to try and clear a little space - the shop, as you may know, is ironically considerably smaller on the inside.

Morning everyone!

I'm up and at 'em this morning, as I've some exciting news!

I've just received a call from the lovely people at BBC Derby (radio) who've asked me to go on later this morning to comment on the latest season of Doctor Who - particularly the reappearance of the one and only Sutekh The Destroyer!!

You'll know of course, that I've been talking about this on my YT channel (will post a link in the comments) - including my (wishful thinking) prediction a few week's ago that we might see the return of my all-time favourite one-appearance villain!

Not entirely sure what they're going to ask me, but I'm pretty sure I can entheuse about it :)

What did we think to the re-edit of Pyramids of Mars last night? I loved it - I thought the editorial decisions were right - the end felt a lot more pacey and I loved the new effects. Well done to all those involved!

Right, off to the shop shortly, but keep in mind I'll have to close for 10-15 minutes around lunchtime, to do this no-doubt brief radio appearance. I would imagine it'll be on BBC sounds after, but I'll try and screen grab it when I get time (maybe tomorrow).
