I thought I'd share this with you all in case anyone's interested in supporting:

I've spent the past 5 months training for a marathon to raise money for the hospice e in Wales that cared for Auntie Cathy who passed away in March. Details of the charity below.

The marathon is a week away in Cleethorpes! I have yearned hard, too hard in fact, and given myself a stress fracture which is healing well and isn't causing too much trouble running but it will be interesting next week!

- so yesterday marked the 10th anniversary of Auntie Katey Specials - 10 whole years of having this page and making for you all - what a journey it has been and a total joy too... but as I said some months ago - I will now be closing the page down.

Thank you to everyone who has purchased an AKS make, for the comments, love and support over the past 10 years - you guys really made this page and I cannot thank you all enough.

I have taken the decision to close the page down as of 21st August 2022 which will be our 10th anniversary!

I've had a wonderful 10 years creating makes, sharing them with you and seeing the joy my makes have given you guys in that time!
