Some recent examples of the kiln-fired keepsakes painted by our amazing customers!

Every one of these crafters told us they had no artistic ability. We suspect maybe a few of them have it whether they realize it or not 😍

But ... you don't need any artistic skill to enjoy this activity. All ages and ability levels enjoy themselves with us, and you can just feel the fun shining when these finishes pieces come out of the oven. 🔥🎉🔆

We're opening an extra day on Tuesday the 26th and extending our hours a bit -- hopefully it'll work for your schedule and we'll get the privilege of hanging out with you for a bit.

New booking system means we needed new business cards, and these beauties arrived today!

You'll find one of these in your bag when you collect your finished pieces after painting with us ... share them with your friends and leave them anywhere you like in the community -- if you want some extras to distribute, let us know. :-)

If someone comes in to paint and mentions you recommended us, your coffees/teas are on us next time you paint!

We have plenty of space the rest of this week for you to walk in or book.

If you're considering a session during May half term, we recommend booking in soon as you can -- those spaces are going to fill up fast.

We love our customers, so we're changing booking systems to give you a better experience.

Starting today, you can book with us at https://www.collectitapp.com/kiln-time-pottery-studio/book
.. which is also reachable by the QR code.

The interface is much simpler, we're offering more times and flexibility, and it's a lot easier to change your booking.

If you have an existing booking with us, rest assured it is intact in our new system. We've carefully migrated existing reservations and we can't wait to welcome you!

Announcing our next wave of evening events — FIVE Paint & Sip nights between now and June 19.

It's a simple, chilled out, fun alternative to a pub night. Grab your friends, significant others, family, whoever you want to relax and paint pottery with. Show up at our studio at 6:30 or so. We'll greet you with a glass of fizz and a tasty dessert and show you to your table.

Choose what you'd like to paint from our huge selection, give your piece a quick once-over with a damp sponge to prepare it for painting, and then relax and adorn it with the design and colours of your choice.

Hang out and take your time. BYOB if ya like. We'll keep the tunes going in the background, but never too loud that you can't chat with mates, trading lamentations or solving the world's problems between brush strokes.

At night's end, we'll take a "before" pic and send you on your way. In a week or less, you'll get an email from us showing the "after" and inviting you to collect your keepsakes.

Take it home. Love it. Gift it. Eat or drink from it. Burn things in it. Decorate your place with it. Invite your friends over to gaze upon it while you explain how anyone of any age and any ability can feel like a maestro d'arte after a few hours of painting. And sipping.

Join us SATURDAY March 7th at 6:30 -OR- SATURDAY March 21st at 6:30 for a few hours of relaxed painting and sipping in our cool and cosy studio.

HAPPY NEW YEAR 🎉

We've started welcoming painters back to the studio after an amazing festive break -- it's been lovely to once again see the smiles and enjoyment that come with creating keepsakes in our cosy space.

PAINT AND SIP NEWS👀

We scheduled an event for the 17th Jan and it booked out. So we scheduled another for 30th Jan and again, it booked out.

So here's another one!

Join us for a relaxed (and for some, romantic?) evening of painting and sipping on Valentine's Eve, Friday the 13th of Feb.

We'll open the doors at 6:30, greeting you with a sweet treat from and a glass of fizz to get you started. BYOB is totally okay with us if you want to sip some more.

We'll keep things going until 9 PM or thereabouts, but we're not clock-watching.

Only 26 seats -- they will book fast so get in!

If this one books full, we will schedule another. Meantime, come and see us during normal painting hours:

10-5 Weds to Sat
11-5 Sundays
Closed Monday & Tuesday

We will be OPEN on Tuesday 17th Feb to give more capacity during school break, but we'll be closed a few times in March for our own holidays. Watch this space.

Recommend booking on Saturdays and for Sundays if your party is 4/+ ... otherwise walk-ins are almost always fine. When in doubt, give us a shout.

Wishing everyone a Happy New Year!

We hope you're getting the chance to re-charge and spend time with those you love during this festive season.

We're closed the rest of this week to do the same ourselves ... but then it's back to creative joy starting Friday the 2nd!

Still plenty of space available to book this coming weekend (3/4 Jan).

Our 17th January Paint & Sip has SOLD OUT. But in response to demand for another event, we're happy to announce the next engagement on Friday the 30th!

A relaxed night out as an alternative to the pub (or a warm up?) -- well-timed for couples looking for a fun activity together or friends/family looking to create winter or romance themed keepsakes.

All pieces will be fired and ready by 6th Feb -- well in time for Valentine's Day! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

We've been busy helping our amazing painters get their creations ready for the holidays!

But not too busy to plan our first Paint & Sip of 2026! Get in!

Saturday the 17th -- 24 seats available. Get 'em while they last. The rules of engagement for '26 are when an evening event books out, we will schedule another one. How many can we do?

In the New Year, we will be open Weds-Sun 10-5 with a cheeky 11 AM lie-in on Sundays. We like to seat last painters at 3 PM or thereabouts so you have 2 hours to create in mental space without being rushed.

Hello friends!

Thank you for Kil'n Time with us -- we've been so busy lately we haven't had a chance to commemorate our first year of trading or celebrate the recognition we recently received -- more on that soon,

The next few days are pretty well booked, but maybe 30% space remains. Again, give me a bell and I'll try to work you in.

If you want to book on the 27th or 28th, we'll ask for a £5 deposit per seat to assure commitment -- we will be coming in just for those bookings so we want to make sure they happen. That deposit will come off your spend on the day.

PAINT AND SIP NOTE!

We've had a late cancellation for the 6th, so there are 5x seats available. Book quick because they will go.

Thanks again for spending time in our studio lavishing us with your gorgeous creations. We've had the privilege of firing more than 2,000 pieces of pottery in '25, and they've each been beautiful, marking time well spent, smiling and relaxing with loved ones.
