Never eat first thing in the morning.

Remember the order of your being. You are a soul observing a mind within a body. Therefore, when you wake up, feed the soul and mind before you feed the body.

Begin the day with gratitude. Be thankful that you can think, feel, and experience life. Pray, meditate, reflect, or use affirmations. Do whatever helps you enter a higher state of consciousness.

Feed the soul first. Feed the mind second. Feed the body last.

The quality of your day is often determined by what you nourish first.
