That’s because they’re all uniquely designed by our award winning cocktail expert Tony Hogan 🙋🏼‍♀️ Every month, he creates a new drink that goes hand in hand with our venue. At our last event, NORTHERN MONK REFECTORY // MCR is known for serving up Manchester’s best craft beer, so we brought you our very own Swish Swap Shandy. Passion fruit IPA, St Germain, an infusion of raspberry and a splash of San Pellegrino - this was a shandy like no other 💕 but what will be in store for our April event at Foundry Project Manchester ? We can’t wait to find out 🥂🍸👀

We can now announce the deets of our April event 🙋🏼‍♀️ We’ll be heading to Foundry Project Manchester on Sunday, April 5 for more swishing, swapping, and sipping (cocktails that is). We’ve also bagged 20% off food on the day - and these guys are known for serving up a gorgeous brunch 🥞
This time around, ticket holders get early bird entry from 11am, whilst those who prefer to pay on the day can pop in from 12.30. Tickets are on sale now - just head to our events page ☺️
