Our next challenge over on STARTS MONDAY!

The ‘Fill Your Cup’ 6 Week Challenge.
It’s really simple to get involved.

We are counting how much ‘Sweat Drops’ (calories but you know we hate calorie counting) we burn in each class... and you can be sure that we are levelling up the workouts yet again!

The target is 400+ each class.
20,000 calories in total.
This will fill the ‘Snatched Sweat Cup’ and once it is filled the prizes will be unlocked!!

As you know, we don’t just focus on the body over here so for your mind...

The ‘New Year, Same Me’ 6 Week Challenge starts tomorrow so we thought it would be the perfect time to break down what we will be working on.
