Born in Stockport in 1969, Robert Owen Brown is a true champion of the North. The clear, strong flavours of his food reflect the heritage of his native North West; its farms and foraging grounds; its rivers and offshore fishing.
After honing his craft at catering college in Bury, he refined his skills at The Midland before moving through a string of standout kitchens: Brasserie St Pierre, The Bridge, The Angel, Lounge Ten (now 10 Tib Lane), and most memorably, the iconic Mark Addy.
