PSA has just announced some changes to pricing and estimated turnaround times on a few service levels.

Grading demand keeps growing, and PSA have adjusted prices and ETAs to better balance the number of submissions coming in with how much they can process, while keeping standards consistent across all tiers.

We’ve broken down exactly what’s changing and how it affects you in the slides above — but we’re really interested to hear your thoughts.

Not an apology!

This video isn't for clout. It isn't to call anyone out, and it isn't for sympathy.

It's extremely easy for people to say anything on social media, true or not, and not face any consequence. All small businesses are working incredibly hard to provide you with a service. Which often affects them physically, mentally, financially, and emotionally. A lot dont do it for the money. They do it because they love it.

But that one negative comment you leave, can lose them customers, harm their reputation and above most things just cause an affect on them on a daily basis, whilst still having to pick themselves up to service their customer base. They have no option to stop or complain.

Yet the person making the comment is free from any responsibility or consequence and can continue as they go. My comments won't change people's attitudes. I just want to highlight it's not a level playing field.

No small businesses goes in with the intention of making a mistake. They just have 20 plates to spin. They understand thats what they signed up to. But let them resolve it. Or just don't use them again. The impact of your comments have a far greater impact than a 24 hour story or 1 star review.

Support local, support UK. Shout out to the small businesses in the UK still doing your thing. Keep going!

Thank you to , , for hosting The Grading Club at the weekend it was really fun! We had CRM issues this weekend, meaning wek unfortunately couldn't answer any messages. We're back on it today and should hopefully have everthing answered by this evening. I'll be processing the cards/comics from the weekend and catching up with some submission returns (I may be live shortly). We're still a small team, so please bear with us! The growth recently has been phenomenal and couldn't be done with out. We get better everyday and we're are looking forward to creating the best experience we can for you!
